MARKET VIEW -AFTER POWER PLAY HOURS OF TRADE

It seems market not able to move up...  7850 seems to be tough to cross in spot.
 
IS Short the Market is good idea?.  difficult one to answer..

My buy order placed at  7776   let me wait..
