Is it Worth to take Long in Index

I Feel the bounce will be sharp enough to give good returns in Long at this point. around 7700 in Nifty and 16800 in bank nifty,  If market reverse from this point, It may even go to month high around 8000.   Let me stick to stop and trying to go long.
